Sell out the drop.
Hold up on the day.
Grow it every year.

Pixl wires your ticketing straight into your own site as a live feed, renders your grounds in 3D, answers the questions your inbox usually takes, and stays fast when the whole field is on one bar of signal.

[ The reality ]

A festival lives or dies in about ninety minutes

Tier one sells, the site buckles, someone updates the lineup by hand, and the inbox fills with questions the FAQ already answers. Then the year is over and nobody can say which channel actually sold the weekend. Pixl closes every one of those gaps with tooling built for on-sale pressure.

Today

  • Tiers and sold-out states updated by hand, mid-drop
  • Buyers pushed off your site to a ticketing page
  • Support inbox carrying the same forty questions
  • A site that crawls on site, on a throttled network

With Pixl

  • Live ticket feed: tiers, prices and sold-out states self-update
  • One clear path from landing to checkout, on your domain
  • Dynamic FAQ and AI support answering before anyone emails
  • Edge-delivered pages that stay light when the field is full

[ Announce to aftermovie ]

One platform from the teaser drop to the gate scan

Teaser, lineup reveal, tier releases, travel and camping info, wristband collection and the post-festival report all read from the same source of truth, so nothing on your site is ever a week behind the ticketing platform.

[ The festival stack ]

Six tools built for on‑sale pressure

Take the whole stack or plug one piece into the site you already run. Every module reads and writes to the same festival record.

[ Wayfinding ]

Your grounds, rendered in 3D

We build your site plan as an interactive 3D render that lives on your website, not as a flat PDF nobody can read on a phone. Fans learn the layout before they arrive, and your team stops answering the same directions question a thousand times.

  • Stages, camping and gates pinned and searchable, with entry times attached to each gate.
  • Accessibility routes shown as their own layer so accessible viewing and facilities are easy to find.
  • Vendor and sponsor placements become a sellable asset with real visibility on the map.
  • Updated year to year, so a moved stage is a change in the CMS, not a reprint.

[ Two days that matter ]

Drop day and festival day

The two moments your website carries the entire operation: the minute tickets go live, and the morning the field fills up. Both are engineering problems, and we build for both.

Built for the spike,
light enough for the field

On-sale traffic arrives all at once and never politely. Pixl sites are statically delivered from the edge with the ticket feed hydrating on top, so the page itself never queues. On festival day the same pages are stripped light enough to open on one bar of signal in the middle of a field, where a heavy site is simply a site nobody sees.

Edge deliveredPages served from the node closest to the fan, not from one origin server under load.
Low-data modeCompressed imagery and deferred scripts so the lineup and map open on a throttled network.
Feed, not fetch-stormInventory reads through a cached live feed instead of hammering your ticketing API.
One CTA, alwaysTicket action stays in reach at every scroll depth, on every device, on both days.

On-sale traffic shape

Illustrative. Your real curve lands in Pixl Flow.

[ Dynamic FAQ ]

Ask it like a fan would

This is the same pattern we ship on festival sites: fans type the question in their own words and the answer surfaces instantly, so it never becomes a support email.

Try the search

Type a word like camping, refund, tiers or offline and watch the list narrow. On your own site this runs against your event data and hands anything it cannot answer to a human.

Talk to us

Support deflection figures for your festival depend on your question mix. [ benchmarks to be confirmed ]

Can you integrate with the ticketing platform we already use?
In most cases yes. We connect to your ticketing platform's feed so tiers, prices, availability and sold-out states render live on your own site, with checkout handed over at the last possible step. If you would rather sell natively, PixlPass can carry the whole transaction instead. [ supported integrations list to be confirmed ]
How quickly do tier changes and sold-out states appear on the site?
The feed refreshes continuously through a cached layer, so a tier selling out updates on the site without anyone touching the CMS, and without every visitor hammering your ticketing API during the drop.
What do you need from us to build the 3D grounds map?
Your site plan in whatever form it exists, an approximate scale, and the zones you want pinned: stages, gates, camping, vendors, medical, accessible routes. We model it, you approve it, and it becomes an interactive layer on the site that you can update year to year.
Will the site hold up when the drop goes live?
Pages are statically delivered from the edge with the ticket feed hydrating on top, so the page load itself does not depend on your ticketing system being calm. The queue, if there is one, stays where it belongs: at checkout.
What happens on festival day when the field network is throttled?
We ship a low-data path: compressed imagery, deferred scripts and cached lineup, map and info pages, so the essentials open on a weak signal. Access control through PixlPass validates offline at the gate and reconciles scans once connectivity returns.
Can the dynamic FAQ answer questions about refunds and exchanges?
It answers from the policies and event data you give it, in your wording, and escalates anything outside that to your team with the fan's context attached, so nobody re-types their order number.
What analytics do we get after the festival?
Pixl Flow reports cookie-lessly on sales pace across each tier, which channels drove the drop, device and region splits, and how many buyers returned from last year, so pricing, timing and spend for the next on-sale are set on evidence rather than instinct.
Do we own the attendee data?
Yes. Buyers, scans and sign-ups sit in an audience record you own and can export or sync into the CRM and email platform you already run, at any time.
We only run once a year. Does that still work?
That is exactly the pattern the stack is built for: a quiet site for ten months, an enormous spike for two, and a year-on-year record that survives staff turnover. Pricing follows the modules you run rather than a permanent enterprise seat count. [ festival pricing to be confirmed ]
No match in this list yet. On a live festival site the assistant would take it from here and, if it still cannot answer, pass it to your team with the fan's context attached. Ask us directly →
